Admission Requirements

Current students who will re-enroll:

  1. Report Card

  2. Properly filled-out Registration Form

New students and transferees:

  1. Birth certificate (PSA)

  2. Properly filled-out Registration Form

  3. Report Card (Form-138)

  4. Transcript of Records (SF-10) (School-to-School transaction)

  5. Photocopy of Cert. of Completion (Grades 1, 7, & 11)

  6. Certificate of Good Moral Character

Other requirements if applicable:

  1. Interview of students and parents

  2. Entrance examination

  3. Certificate of full payment

  4. Certificate of academic achievement

Rules of registration:

  • Enrollment of pupils shall be conducted in Macasa Learning Center during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm). Online Enrollment is also allowed and encouraged. Because of the COVID pandemic, personal visits to the school should be kept to a minimum. Documentary requirements and payments can be sent through electronic means.​​

  • For new incoming Preschool students:

    • Attending Kindergarten is now a prerequisite for Grade 1 following the passage of Republic Act 10157 or the Kindergarten Education Act.​

    • As per DepEd "Basic Education Enrollment Policy" or DO No. 3 s. of 2018, only "children aged five years old by August 31 of the school year" are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. Students who will be 5 after June 1 - October 31 will take the DepEd ECD Exam by appointment (Wed. & Thurs.).

    • Students below 5 years old by June 1 - October 31 of the school year will be enrolled in Pre-Kinder. They will stay in Kindergarten for 2 years before moving to Grade One.

  • For new incoming Junior High School students:

    • Macasa Learning Center is PEAC accredited, so incoming JHS students from public schools may qualify for an educational grant (Scholarship) thru the said agency. Please go to our Office for more details.

    • Should be Grade 6 graduates or a passer of Philippine Education and Placement Test (PEPT) or Accreditation and Equivalency Test.

  • For new incoming Senior High School students:

    • Should be Grade 10 completers and/or a passer of PEPT or ALS A&E.​

    • Voucher recipients are advised to stay for 2 years or complete their SHS here in MLC. Vouchers are not transferable to another school.

  • When the student registers in Macasa Learning Center. It is understood that he/she is enrolling for the entire school year. A student who transfers or otherwise cancels his/her enrollment in writing, within two (2) weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one (1) month may be charged ten percent (10%) of the total amount due for the term. If he/she cancels within the first week of classes, whether he/she has actually attended classes, a twenty percent (20%) of the total amount due for the term will be charged (p. 39 Manual of Regulation for Private Schools, 1992 ed.). Cancellation  of enrollment before August onward will be subject to a fifty percent (50%) tuition fee refund. After August onwards, there will be no refund and MLC must be paid the whole year's fees. No clearance will be issued by MLC until the school fees for the whole year have been fully paid. However, special cases will be heard and deliberated by the MLC board of officers.

  • The release of the transfer credentials or any pupil may be withheld for reasons of expulsion, non-payment of financial obligations, or willful destruction of school property without compensating MLC. The credentials shall be released as soon as his/her obligation has been settled or the penalty of suspension or expulsion has been lifted.

  • All documents submitted will be property of the school for record-keeping purposes.
